Now, let’s do an activity. I want you to guess the meaning of ‘Wow factor’ from the sentence below…
“Her books were gripping and exciting and certainly had the wow factor as she had a rising fan base and very positive reviews.”
WHAT IS THE ‘WOW FACTOR’ IN BUSINESS?
Its what a Business or person does to go above and beyond customer expectations in delivering a great product and service experience.
EXAMPLES
And here’s another example of how to use the phrase:-
“We’re going to completely re-decorate the office reception area, so there’s more of a wow factor when you walk in.”
And another example sentence…
“Your CV and working background are adequate, but there’s no real wow factor that will impress employers.”
And a final example…
